Millers and Saints proudly supports local business and agriculture. We create our flavors exclusively from Midwestern grains. We know that using the finest local ingredients will make the finest spirits.
To create our spirits, we begin with our cherished and guarded recipes combining Midwestern barley, wheat and rye and other grains. We mill our grains on-site and then brew a strong, smooth mash with the help of our friends at Steel Toe Brewing. When you taste our spirits, you are truly tasting the spirit of the grain. We take no shortcuts. We do not and will not begin with neutral-grain spirits.
