Handcrafted with water from the Land of 10,000 Lakes and fine Midwestern grain, Millers and Saints Vodka is ideal for sipping neat, on the rocks or mixed in your favorite cocktail. A handcrafted cocktail deserves a handcrafted Vodka.
We begin with our prized private recipe using a blend of Midwestern grains. The grains are milled on-site and brewed into a strong, smooth mash with the help of our friends at Steel Toe Brewing. The mash is filtered to produce a clear wort, and then fermented under our specific temperature profile to produce a wash worthy of its heritage. The wash is then distilled in our American-made still in single, small batches. Our distillers carefully monitor the distillation process using taste and smell along with other measurements to ensure the heart of the spirit is what ends up in your glass. Once the distillation process is complete the resulting alcohol is cut with crisp Minnesota water to yield an 80 proof (40% ABV) vodka. We then sit down and relax while we smell, taste and feel the spirit to ensure that it meets Millers and Saints standards before bottling. Like our whole process, we do this with our own hands. The bottles are labeled individually and filled two at a time. Each bottle is hand corked and sealed and packaged for distribution. Your great grandfather would recognize our process.
Our vodka is not made with any shortcuts; no neutral grain spirits, no additives, no big industry automation – just grain, yeast, water and the distillers’ senses. We control each step of the process to ensure you enjoy the finest possible vodka we can produce.
Now it’s time for you to enjoy Millers and Saints truly unique hand-crafted Minnesota vodka.
